Counselling for Bereavement.

Bereavement is something that is a common experience in our life.  It is the feeling of grief when we lose someone or something close to us. Grief is also part of our life when we are suddenly faced with big life changes.

Issues that Bereavement and Loss counselling help with include:
  • Death of someone in your life
  • Death of a pet
  • End of a relationship
  • Family moving away
  • Moving home
  • Redundancy
However, if we leave these feelings unprocessed then such losses can leave us with emotional scars and long term problems. There is no time limit upon how quickly the grieving process will take or when we will experience the grief.

If you are experiencing bereavement or loss then counselling can give you the chance to talk about your feelings and help you process your them in a more healthy way.
