Counselling for Depression

Depression is the most common reasons guys see me for counselling.

As more and more people learn that counselling can be an effective way to manage or overcome depression.

For some it is used as complimentary to prescribed medication from a doctor for others it is as an alternative.

I have had many years experience of working with depression. There is often a resistance concerning talking about depression to family and friends. I provide you with support to talk about it and I am not someone in your daily life. I can offer you support to talk about depression and look at strategies that will help you.

One of the tools that I have used successfully for many years is the video of a book that is now hosted by the World Health Organisation. Click below to watch. It may help you recognise what is going on for you.

If you want to talk with an experienced counsellor to help with your depression please get in contact with me.
